Elon Musk’s Tesla finally hits the Indian market
After many years of speculation, conversation and weight list, Tesla finally rolls in India – and it’s not a soft entrance. According to Bloomberg & Industry Report, Tesla will open its first official showroom at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai by July 2025, one of the most prestigious commercial districts in India.

According to the documents that Bloomberg has seen, Mumbai -Showtroom will lease at a distance of 4,000 square meters in manufacturer Maxity on BKC, per month, over 35 Lakhs. BKC is not just properties; It is a symbolic property – top MNC, financial giants and now, the top of Tesla from Elon Musk.
Right later in Mumbai, Tesla planned to open a second showroom at Aerocity in New Delhi near Indira Gandhi International Airport. The site is expected to be on a lease of about 25 £ Lakh per month in the property owned by around 4,000 square meters, Brookfield.
This strategy with two cities focuses on tapping Tesla in premium urban EV buyers, not for less than on a large scale instead of chasing the amount of market.
